Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MTG North within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you're here looking for the giveaway policy change update 5 months ago, that was satire. WOTC made a change 5 months ago on their 'early opening' policy and added in a clause that stated WPN stores cannot open product before 4 days prior to prerelease. This change was not broadcast at all to WPN stores to the extent of my knowledge. One of our financially interested partners sent me an email Saturday morning pointing me in the direction of this policy, and once viewed I decided it would be best to just take the videos down until Monday morning. This has created an unfair playing field for WPN stores and will be looked in to further with WOTC. This process is ongoing. Until it's resolution, just avoid whatnot. It's shit. As shitty as a multi-million dollar company using facebook to host it's 'community' of associated parties.
